Our team works closely with key stakeholders, including the Nigerian Ministry of Petroleum, the CEO, GM, and the Crude Oil Marketing Division (COMD), as well as the superintendents and cargo loaders at the offshore Bonny and Qua Iboe terminals. Our Nigeria-based Chief Operating Officer, Director, Charles Ikhihibhojere, has visited the offshore platform multiple times in recent years, underscoring our hands-on involvement in the region.
Trade Program Overview
We offer Nigerian-origin crude oil (API 34º–37º at 60°F) under trial/spot and term contracts (2M/bbl, subject to availability). Pricing is based on a three-day average of Q&Q inspection mean quotations for Brent (Dated) (PCAAS00) London, as published by Platts Crude Oil Market Wire under "Key Benchmarks," minus a negotiated discount ($X. XX per barrel, net).
Verification & Compliance
NNPC Limited can designate allocations to our company (Supplier #39114) under its official program. Buyers and Off-Takers can verify the authenticity of our allocations through NNPC Limited’s registered agencies via:
Commitment Assurance Letter. (CAL)
Allocation Confirmation Letter (ACL) on the assigned chosen quantity for a trial, (spot) or twelve-month annual delivery.
Partial Proof of Product (PPP) e.g. BoL, ATS, etc.,
